Wanted to be able to easily taste kegged beers without filling a heap of line (required to balance pressure). Originally considered a Celi tap which has a built in flow restrictor to balance pressure connected directly to a beer out post, but couldn't work out how to couple it easily.Figured that all the flow restrictor in the Celi was pretty much identical to a normal value, so I thought I would give one a go. Surprisingly it worked very well! The advantage is that it is totally adjustable.
