Not much of a recipe just another quick and easy little dirty blonde ale using the Kiwi flowers.
1047 to 1012.
Approx 4 x squeezed 16 ltr cubes that I got one to ferment and the rest went to fermentation assistants.
85% BB Pale, 5% Wey wheat malt, 5% Wey Carapils, 5% mix of med crystal and Wey cararoma.
Mashed low for 60 min then up to 70 for 15 then mash out @ 77. Batch sparge.
First Wort Hop and 60 min additions to use 90 gram pack of Kiwi flowers = low 20s IBU.
Fermentis US-05 yeast. 5.2 in the mash, Gypsum in the liquor & Flocc in the kettle.
10 days to ferment @ 16, 18 & 20, capped and 10 days to Cold Condition. Poly and filtered to bright.
Only about 3 ltrs away from history.

Cheers Luke!

You should try it next time with Southern Cross flowers. Not bad at all.
