Waiting on the sensor and she will be complete, I'm gonna go for 10L batches, full volume mash, recirc, no sparge to kettle, using the Crown element as a RIMS, built a Jamil style whirlpool chiller for cooling, using an Auber PID controller.
You sure that control box and isolator is big enough for all those instruments?

Haha, yeah it's a bit of overkill size wise, but it leaves room for future expansion of any more gear I might get, I love a big isolator though, easy to cut the power quickly in case of operator drunkenness.
The mash is a 30L crown urn with a concealed 2400w element, I'm gonna have a crack at using that as a RIMS, if I have any issues with scorching the grains I'll build a seperate RIMs housing or Heat exchanger.
