unfortunately not... got it from Craftbrewer (9") for $55. I have replaced the 1/2" to barb elbow with a 1/2" plug.
the material is 'perforated stainless sheet' (304SS) and a fair few places sell it. You may be able to get some offcuts as 200-250mm will do nicely for most round coolers.
bending it may be tricky and whether you need to do this is a function of how well you could get it to fit along the sides of your cooler. you could use some rubber hose split down the length for e.g. and keep it flush with the bottom and only sitting up by the 1/2" fitting (or whatever you choose).
if you bend it you will probably have to oxy it in a ring about halfway in from the edge and draw it through a mold... I guess you could make this out of wood if you were keen. pretty elaborate though, I would go with cutting it to size and sealing with some rubber hose personally.
