This beer has been giving me fits. I don't know what it is anymore. It's hoppy. It's on it's way to jet fuel.To celebrate the provincial-ness of my community, I included the John Deere color scheme.
This what I am currently referring to as my "Big Amber". That decision is by color alone. It started out with 16Kg of Pale LME and 500g of 70L Caramel Malt that I steeped for an hour plus a bunch of dex and safebrew s33 Ale yeast. The color, deep amber.
Anyway...I have been learning much, due to the multitude of practical mistakes I have made at every step. The only thing I did right was keep things clean.
