Just posted a couple more pics on the gallery. I built the oven a couple of years ago and its fantastic. It cooks pizza in 90 seconds , bakes bread and does fantastic road and slow cooked meat.

Great looking pizza.... I also have a home built WFO.... Seems to always go well with a homebrew.... I have even slow cooked a pork shoulder in homebrew (both beer and cider) all night after pizzas are done.... comes out great....

The pizza is fantastic , even my biggest critic ( wife ) reckons they are first rate. You can eat a couple of large with no effort and want more later , they are so light. I have got the whole process down to a T .
Yes the roasts come amazing especially slow cooked over night at low temperature, the meat falls off the bone.
Looking at the pics makes we want to light up again this week end.

Ive only had my oven going since xmas. Got the pizza perfect now. Looking to do my first bake (bread) this weekend & have been experimenting with roasts. still got to get the sequences right.
Good stuff. It takes practice to work
out timing for roasts , bread etc . If you
havn't got one already I recommend you
buying one of those infrared gun thermometers.
