Brew 3, I've cut the camping mat so that it fits snugly around the pot. I have cam lock fittings arriving this week so I can assemble/disassemble the hoses and pump easily.
Next up some T-pieces and ball valves to allow me to control the flow from the pump and direct flow to the pump or a fermentor.
