Haphazard Ale - No clue brew

in a 10L pot with 6L of water temp varying from 64-66C using a digital thermometer

I put:
500g crushed 2-row barley
500g oatmeal

while stirring and mashing the bag with a potato masher for 60min, then squeezed, (squoze, had squozen?) as much out as I could before transferring the bag into a bigger pot with 5L water at 65C and pressed and squeezed till nothing that looked like wort came out. I poured the 1st pot into the second.

Then I added:
1 LITER OF GOLDEN LME
1Kg of dextrose
2 TBSP Honey
1 TBSP open wood fire condensed Maple syrup
1 TBSP Black Strap Molasses
1 fist of sucrose

I boiled that until the foam fell then boiled (hot break?)

1oz of Nugget for 60min.
10z williamette for 10 minutes.

Poured it in the primary. Topped it to 20L with cold water. Wiped up the drops on the floor

It is sitting in the sink at 64C cooling slowly. I don't know if I can measure gravity this hot.

OK it is down to 48C and I measured 1.041. Which translates as 1.0514.
