Last brew spent a decent amount of time (re)calibrating all the PID's, re-running the autotune etc.
Happy with the result - 0.1 degC diff between the mash tun and coil (okay, it's normally 0.2 but this was a lucky shot). And currently only a slight overshoot on the HLT temp.
Lot's of practice with mill gaps and drill speed also makes for a happy brewer. ;)
