The ground wires have been ran (along with the active and neutral wires) from their respective plugs and off to the earthing pin ... neat little job if I do say so myself. The 3 holes remaining are for the XLR connections for the temperature probes, they will be soldered outside of the panel and passed through ... easier that way.
