Unscrewing the hose every time will make it deteriorate...
Get some thick walled, food safe hose and don't bother with the hose clamps...

Having soldiered each joint means you can't pull it apart...
Soldier the Horizontal connections, not the vertical... then you can clean it easily

Not being able to clean the insides of your manifold will mean you get "skin" like detritus from previous brews in your wort...
