1st starter, 1L, stepped up to 2L after 24 hours, still no sign of krausen
I usually let my starters ferment out before I cold crash, decant and then step them up. Takes about 4-7 days per step.

Probably could do it faster if I didn't bother with the CC/decant, but maybe 24hrs on the first just wasn't long enough to make it go nuts on the 2L.
