This is a hop back made for less than 20 bucks, a simple jar with a inlet and outlet. The hoses for both have rubber grommets the same as a fermentor lid and the lid itself needs to be duck tapped fully while in use to be airtight as the lid itself is not airtight. The outlet is the one with the S/S pot scrubby attached for a filter. The wort is pumped out of this then onto the wort chiller. It uses both gravity and the airtight vacumm while pumping out to get feed from the kettle.
