freezkat 10/9/11 I didn't mention the recipe. It is really just a ramped up Munton's Bock kit. I added 1.5Kg of light Spray Dry Malt Extract and 1 Kg of Dex. 60 minute boil with 20g Cascade and 15ml of liquid smoke. This is a very good doppelbock. It's filling without being "gag-reflex" sweet.
