[b]Description: [/b]This chart is for calculating bulk priming sugar amounts for a 23 litre batch of beer without using a computer.

If you wanted to carbonate to 2.5 CO2 volumes and you estimate the warmest temperature your beer was exposed to during the fermenting stage was about 18C, then you need to add 140g sugar to your beer.

What if you're using dextrose instead?
Then you need about 5% more by weight of dextrose than sugar but really, sugar is just as good to use as dextrose.
