Incidentally that is a chocolate from the local chocolatier. Some of their chocolate was used for the brew, along with product from a local coffee roaster. The organic chocolate pictured was about as bland a chocolate as I've ever had, and was reminiscent of cheapo stocking chocolates from the Reject Shop. Fortunately the beer was far better.
