Mid-brewday snap. The brewery set up has been cobbled together over many months, with left over cash from my monthly pay(!) A painstaking wait between pays, let me tell you.The plastic bucket with immersion heater feeds the converted esky, then to the kettle on Nasa and finally into a cube for no-chill wort collection.
