Bowl of angst

I took the bits and peices in the system that might have plastic contamination in them. This is all I could find (look at the threads). Protip: don't use this stuff for your brewing: http://www.bunnings.com.au/boston-50ml-liquid-sealant_p4750075
Sadly never went there. If I'd started there, I wouldn't be in this predicament.

To its credit, the liquid sealant did a flawless job of sealing! It's really good for gas stuff like regulator gauges and the like.

What did it do?

Get yourself a wire wheel and itl clean those threads up good as new! (or a wire brush)

Oh sheesh. I remember when you started that thread. I was meaning to chirp in and ask you to check your tubing etc since I've had had cold side tubing put a plastic taste into a beer - only into the bottles I filled off the tap via the randall. Glad you found the stuff up. Happy days. Hopefully.
