18 Hour Pulled Pork

During an Australia Day campout, I slow smoked a small pork shoulder roast to do pulled pork sandwhiches the next day.I timed it perfectly so that pork sandwhich were ready for lunch, and the pork went on just as we pulled out the Roast Lamb from our smoker :)2 hrs of hickory smoke, meathead's memphis dust and kansas city bbq sauce recipe.
