Reducing Impact - I'm not exactly a hippy but the sheer waste of water that can accumulate from brewing practices has really come to my attention since embarking on my AG journeys. In this photo I'm removing the grain from the MT during the boil so that I can use the hot water from the immersion chiller with some PBW to rinse and wash prior to flushing the whole system out. Also I am collecting as much of the water running to waste as possible (in whatever large vessels I have available) for the cleaning up too.
