Hey all.
The big AG belgian brew i made is getting close to bottling, came out at about 11% alc.
I originally was going to use champagne bottles and cork etc, but, seeing its not as higher alc% as i wanted, could i just use standard crown seal tallies and cap as per norm? I will only give them a half dose of priming sugar as i dont want it really carbed.
OG was 1.100 and FG 1.017.
I would imagine there shouldnt be much concern with bottle bombs with a low grav like this? Its been resting for quite some time (4wks) at 18/20deg and i gave it a few days on the heat pad to get to 28deg, plus im going to CC for a week also.
Keen for tips. Cheers.

I reckon you're best off still using champagne bottles but using tirage caps to seal it.
Corks tend to be expensive and a tad unreliable.

personally id cork but thats my opinion. you should be fine with capping and a half measure of co2 if you only want light carbonation.
