A sign of things to come or just one brewery that set their sights to high and couldn't deliver? It's a shame as some of their beers were pretty solid a few years ago but they have been pretty mediocre for some time, and they definitely had some infection issues as well. Interesting to see how much it sells for.

Always a mediocre offering at best. A few good beers here and there, but their core range is nothing special. I think it might be a bit rich to (partly) blame the increase in competition, although I would rather drink the competitors beers so there you go.

A good insight for those brewers wishing to go one step further, lead with your head not your heart, start with a brew pub and build on success not ambitions, no one to blame but themselves.

Still, they had a crack and won't die wondering.

Maybe the change will do the brewery some good.
