Last Minute Amber

Lager - Vienna
All Grain

Brewer's Notes

Not true to style and it was never the intention (overrated ethos). Nice clean, malty/grainy/toasty character with a good late spicy Saaz hop flavour and aroma. Easily drinkable.

Yeast was not 2308 as listed. I used Wyeast 2633 Oktoberfest blend. Not listed on d/base.
Lagers are a true exercise in patience but well worth it in the end. :-)

Hop plugs rule the free world.
