Brewer's Notes

66C mash for 90 minutes to ensure full conversion and a drier finish
90 minute boil, bittering addition at 60 minutes
fermented at 10C for 3 weeks with a few days cold condition to clear. An extended lagering period would have helped but I was strapped for time.
OG 1.055 FG 1.010
