been lurking for a while....decided its time to sign up.

Been brewing for about 10 years - but still feel like I have no clue. So much to learn.

I brew all grain on a 3v germs set up.

I'll try my hand at brewing anything because I like to experiment.

Have had a success with a Spiced Christmas Beer (based on a Gordon Strong recipe) and a few sours.

When it comes to what I like to drink.... The Hoppy ones are always a preference so I tend to brew IPAs most often.

Currently have a Red Rye IPA fermenting and a NEIPA and DIPA on tap
