Gday,

just wondering if anyone could hazard a guess at the fermentation time of 15gm of Champagne Yeast in a 1060 GB, 22lt and at ambient temp by the way.

Depends a lot on nutrient levels. Anywhere between a week and 6 months. 1-2 weeks would be pretty normal.

Thanks Airgead,

it's been awhile since i brewed this GB and i couldn't find any notes on ferm time for it, really need this one in the keg by sept 4th so we'll see how it goes :icon_cheers:

just thought, i've got some out of date yeasts here, should've chucked them in the boil for nutrients...
