Hey all. Never brewed a Dunkel before.

I see munich 1 is generally used as half grist. Is standard pilsner malt ok in it's place along with something like 5% dark crystal and WB06, or is there more to this or incorrect ratios perhaps?

Thanks

Munich is not crystal. You are after body not sweetness.
You need 50% Dark Wheat and 50% Munich - I have made a Dunkel with 50% Wheat and 47% Red X which is a Munich/Melanoidin and a touch of Dark Roast Wheat Malt blend that people enjoyed. WB06 is not a good choice you will need a liquid Hefeweizen yeast.

I would be looking at Dark Wheat, its made for making Dunkel Weizen.
If you have to add some Crystal why not use CarraWheat or even a touch of Chocolate Wheat. All are available from Weyermann.
