Another thing for the brewer who strives to have everything he doesn't really need.

Seems like it could be used as a data-logging tool of sorts to track temp spikes over the course of the fermentation, which could be nice info to review maybe if something goes wrong. Of course useless if your fermenter isn't in wifi range!
