okay had taken 2 hydro readings both steady. Performed diacytol rest 2 degrees above. (22 degrees was an ale) disaster rabbit chewed probe cord on stc-1000 controller. So decided to switch on bar fridge..... this was yday now have a light film on top of wort and floaties some as large as 50c peice and sediment looks disturbed. Fridge probbly at 4 degrees or so. Should I rack or leave ans wait to settle. Wort smells fine
