I know this is an age old discussion, but previously I have carbed at serving pressure. Most say done in 10 days but forever it has taken me about 3 weeks to get there. This time I have had a bock carbing up at 10 psi, it's now 4 weeks and only the faintest of bubbles appearing in the brew. Not loosing pressure in system, and while I haven't been able to verify the regulator gauge, it would certainly appear normal by the pressure in the keg. The beer wasn't on tap, and I have taken samples in a bottle using a carbonation cap.
