my notes for this recipe shows that my OG was 1050 and FG 1010 ABV 6.1%

mashed @ 66C fermented @ 18C

Malt & Fermentables

Looks interesting, Bubba. Is kind of a Cooper's Sparkling Ale without the high attenuating and fruity yeast? What's behind the name?

the name came about due to it being higher alcohol than my regular beers, and everyone knows that when you drink you can become a bit of a know it all...

therfore Professor Fuel sounded about right
