Good news everybody!

I've discovered a delicious new ale, the likes of which the universe has never seen.

I was tinkering with my Professor Fuel recipe in my lab, and came across this amazing grain bill. I axe you, have you ever gazed upon anything more brilliant?

Anyhoos, this was a spur of the moment recipe for me, i liked my original professor fuel recipe but i wanted to bring down the alcohol level as well as the EBC. Majority pils grain & rice makes this a very pale colour and the saaz was added at flameout simply because i has some leftover sitting in my freezer and i wanted to clear some stock.

Less is more so they say...
