Hi all,
On the weekend I put down a brew and it contained
23L Brew
1.5kg Can of Dark Malt
1.5kg Can of Wheat
200g Steeped Carared
30g Cascade hops @ 60mins
20g EKG Dry into the fermentor
Now my bag of Choc Chit turned up today and the beer is lacking a little character, so would 100g steeped then boiled + some more EKG or Challenger be the shot?
