Converted Fire Extinguisher In Adelaide

anyone know where i could get one of these in adelaide?

I'm looking at getting into kegging (sooo over bottling), need a co2 cylinder. i'm not going to rent one and they're fair expensive just to purchase, i figure this is the cheapest option.

otherwise has anyone had any luck using a normal one which they just use upside down?
