Hi guys,
I put down my third brew this week. I did a galaxy pale ale last time which turned out great! ableit a little bitter (due to a 12 minute boil of 15grms of galaxy). The beer was a little i guess thin though.

This time around i have done the exact opposite ( i love the experimenting!)

1 coopers APA goop
BE2
Kit yeast

I used 25grams of galaxy steeped in boiling water for about 3 mins. added that into the brew. Im considering dry hopping with some neslon sauvin or just some more galaxy. I also made the brew up to 21 litres rather than 23 hoping to correct the "thin/ watery" taste of my last brew.

Any tips?

I am with Raja, galaxy is too strong for dry hopping.

Cascade (classic APA nose) or Nelson.

To get rid of thin feel, do a steep of some specialty grains - 250g of Crystal medium would give you what you desire and some nice colour too. And then you can go back to 23L as well :)

i quite like cluster for dry hopping. if you are gonna go to a home brew shop to buy them - rather than online- maybe ask if you can smell some of the hops? may give you a guide as to what flavor you may get.
