Any one out there with the small (10lt) malt pipe for the 20lt Braumeister could you measure and let me know the following dimensions
  • Internal Diameter
  • Overall length including the seal
  • the distance/measurement from the underside of the bottom screen to the bottom of the malt pipe
Thanks in anticipation

Hi Wobbly
The overall depth is 18cm (without seal)

I am assuming you already have a standard malt pipe so...

All other measurements are identical to the standard malt pipe

Cheers

OK another question

Do you use the same top and bottom screen with the 10lt unit or does it come with different screens?

If it comes with different screens what is the length of the center spigot attached to the screen?

Cheers

No you use your exiting screens and filters
It should come with a full set (4) of side spacers, a new bottom seal and a length of s/s tube
that slides down the center spigot to keep your top screen and wing nut at the same heights as it is with the 20L malt pipe
I got mine from Craftbrewer but the tube supplied was too long and had to be cut to the correct length

cheers
