:chug: Not sure what I was thinking of when I brewed this , if I remember correctly I used up some dregs of my hops while waiting for my new order from grumpys to arrive.
Anyhow tasting it tonight and is a surperb brew , lovely aroma , the nicest hop taste , and the bittering is spot on.

250 IMC Pilsner Malt
200 Caraform Crystal
300 Wheat Malt
1 Kg LME
1 TSP each of Cascade, Styrian Goldings , Hallertau @ 60 Min
1 TSP each of Styrian Goldings , Hallertau @ 30 Min
2 x Kaffiar lime leaves @ 30 Min
1 TSP Cascade @ 5 Min
Whilfloc @ 10 MIn 1/2 Tab.

Saflager W 34/70
Temp. control lagering @ 8c in Primary for 23 days
Racked to CC then for 21 Days
Then Kegged

That's it ! Well I love it anyway

I now the proud owner of some elecrtonic scales so the last few brew don't rely on the TSP method
Thought the Missus deserved some nice scales

the numbers look wierd batz. what is the volume. is that a small batch?
Did you only mash 250g of pils.
anyway good to see you posting your recipes.
That recipe looks to be mising a lot of malt is that meant to be 2500 pils and 3000 wheat?
 
teaspoon yeah thats real home brewer style glad to see your have some scales.
oh 2 kg lme so that was around 1.040 in 20 litres?
hows the beer software trials going?
 
im curious what the lime leaves do in the brew.
do they impart a sutle taste?
 
I believe they blend in beautfully with the Cascade
 
Great idea! Kaffir lime leaves. I was wondering what to do with my baggy of them. I haven't cooked many curries lately... I think I'll be brewing tonight!
