Yorkshire Square: Fermentation Style. Anyone Tried It?

Just curious if anybody has ever tried doing this in a DIY setting? Looks quite interesting. I'm about to drink a beer fermented in such a fashion so I will report back!

There's this nice new shiny ss thing at work. Some kind if square tank around. 60-70 litres. I'm soooo tempted to pinch it for that reason haha

Not sure if you can get this down-under, but it's a brilliant beer. Just had my first one and got another 12 in the post!
