Hi I'm going to make my first home brew tomorrow its a mangrove jack blonde larger came with the starter kit after reading some post on here i went out and got seflarger s-23 yeast just wondering what the fermenting Temperature should be the guy in shop said i should do it at 18 degrees what you think
