Im brewing an rauchbier tomorrow and was wondering about yeast selection my recipe is
2kgs bamburg smoked malt
2kgs aussie pilsner
.5kg wheat malt
25 ibu's using saaz hops
i was planing on using saflager w-34/70
the next brew i have planed is a german lager with
4kgs munich malt
.5 pilsner
.5 wheat
not sure of hops just yet or ibu's and use wyeast 2124 bohemian lager
Does this sound about right or would i be better off swapping them around. Thanks for the help
