I thought the beer had a slight bit of that that white stuff (cannot think of the name now)... I may have have just started , not quite sure... but I wanted to keep the yeast... so added to a bottle and filled up to the top with liquid with no oxygen...I thought that with no oxygen and alcohol in the mix it might not survive.. Is that correct?
