doin my first cold condtion of a larger,it has been at 2 degs for 4 weeks and was told by a friend that there would not be enough yeast in it to carbonate so i would have to add more...
i have done a few searches on this but still are not sure !!!
now things are playin with my head;
if i do add yeast will that put sediment back into the bottle???
how much yeast do i add???
if i don't add yeast how long will it take to corbonate???
and will i be able to sleep tonight ;)
please help me clean up my messed up head !!! occ

Nope you will be right, there still will be enough yeast to carbonate your brew....

but will it take longer too carbonate ????

OCC,

it might take just a little longer than if you had bottled it straight out of the primary, but not much longer. The improved quality and clarity of your beer will make an extra week or so waiting for the beer to gas up worthwhile!
