Hey Guys,

Have any off you used Wyeast 3944, I currently have a brew going using this yeast and noticed that my airlock has bubbled once in 2 day's. <_< I'm not that concerned cause there is a thick krausen on top of the wort. B) I have the wort fermenting at 20C.

Have you had the same experience?

Did you like the taste it produced?

All comments welcome. :D

Now that is keeping a eye on your brew !

I always panic in the 1st couple of days, until I hear the airlock bubbling away:lol:

The lid is on very tight, and I even went to the extreme of blue tacting around the lid of the fermenter to the body.
