Hi all,
woudl love to know who makes, or has a elecgtric 80L HLT I can Buy/have made, as my 40L one is a PITA having to often reheat twice for a brew, some times thrice

Why not pick up an old imperial keg (82L), and throw an element or two in there along with a trusty old stc-1000?

or go look around in a big asian grocery shop and get a cheap ss pot. thin ones go about 100
