Would You Like A Jug Or A Tower

Went to the Ship Inn at South Bank in Brisbane this arvo and you can now get a tower of beer. The thing holds 2 L, has a cloumn of ice down the middle and a tap at the base Great for sessions :beer:

Paddy's in Sydney have them too. They call them the giraffe.
I don't know how much they get used though, especially as it is a Micro and people like me just want to try all the beers.

I had one of them in Malaysia earlier this year.
Can't remember the name of the bar but it was at the bottom of KLCC shopping centre.

Novel idea, but seemed only tourists were drinking them. All the locals were just ordering normal glasses/bottles.

Any beer they had on tap they would put in it...
