Hi all. On to my third brew with BIAB,

Got 71% efficency on my second brew. Playing with Pale Ales as these where my house brew with extract brews.

So today tried this,

Dextrose is bottle prime.

Played with this Atomic clone in extract but never realy found balance. Hoping the grain makes it shine.
 
I did a brew a year or two ago that was supposed to be a variation on a LCPA clone and it turned out very much like an atomic. Don't know if I still have the recipie , but the key was munich and vienna malt. I also mashed at about 67 to give it extra body, which in my opinion Atomic has in spades.
