Does anyone have experience with this liquid yeast? I've been looking at yeasts for my next ginger beer, and stumbled across this one.
I've tried champagne yeast, and found that it sucked too much of the flavour out, and left the beer clear. The decription on the site says

(WLP775)

Classic cider yeast. Ferments dry, but retains flavor from apples. Sulfur is produced during fermentation, but will disappear in first two weeks of aging. Can also be used for wine and high gravity beers

I was looking at using this for my next cider. Make sure you let us know how it goes.

I've used WLP720 Sweet Mead and Cider yeast in a couple of kit ciders I've done.
They came out better than the ones I did with dried champagne yeast.
Apart from WLP775 fermenting dry they sound soughta similar.
