To make this soon... what do you think?

23L batch
6.75kg Joe White pale
300g Weyermann cara-aroma
200g TF chocolate
SG - 1075
SRM - 20

50g Fuggles w 60 to go
Irish moss w 20 to go
30g Fuggles, spices w 10 to go
To 33-35IBU

Muntons Gold yeast

Spices - 1 cinnamon stick, half teaspoon nutmeg, 10g orange rind.

How do you think this will turn out?
 
This would be great made with Maris Otter. . .be sure the cinnamon stick you add is vietnamese cinnamon, cassia, else it willmake the beer undrinably bitter.

My thoughts exactly on the Maris Otter, and I used British pale when I made the recipe in Promash, but I have some Joe White pale lying around...
I'll look out for the cinnamon too...
