Looks like the yeast has settled and clumped together then has ended up in the glass giving nucleation points. Maybe next time will need to be a bit more careful transferring to the glass. Shouldn't affect flavour though... if you can avoid the yeast that is

I think the clumping is normal for some saison varieties. Is it a Birra Del Borgo Saison? That saison has clumps and is delicious.
