Why so bitter?!

I don't know weather I'm one of a kind, alone in this vast Universe but some days all beers taste GREAT. Absolute perfect balance of malt sweetness and hops. And I'm talking any beer (bought, brewed, whatever. Any kind)

I'll go to have a few the following day and whammo, they all taste like ass. All of them bitter without any supporting sweetness. I can chop and change beers to make sure but all are horrible.

Why is this? Am I alone? Why oh why is life so hard..!

The only time life is hard is when you weaken. That's all I can tell you, your beers should taste the same whatever day you try them. Could go and consult a ENT specialist.
